What is order processing time?Processing time is 7-14 business days per order

Does Processing time include shipping time?No, processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping

How will I know when my order ships?When an order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will provide the tracking number for your package. Please allow 24-48 hrs for the carrier site to update your tracking information.

Do you accept Returns/ExchangesDue to the nature of our products, unfortunately returns/exchanges are NOT accepted. While we do not accept returns/exchanges we do however have sample products on our site which allows you to try different products at a nominal cost prior to committing to the full size. If you are eyeing a particular product but it does not have a sample size available, please email us and we will get a sample size added to that product. What if my product(s) arrive damaged?In the event your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hrs. All orders are shipped out with the carrier standard insurance; therefore please email mcbathandbodycreations@gmail.com and provide all pertinent information on your specific damage/issue. Please be sure to include pictures of the inside, outside (top, including shipping label where tracking number is visible), all sides of the box and pictures of the damaged goods. Please note that the carrier requires these specific pictures in order to file a claim.

Why are some of my bottles not filled all the way?All products are filled by weight not volume. Please rest assured that each product is weighed to assure that it meets or exceeds the stated weight on the label.

Order ChangesOrders CANNOT be altered once the order has been submitted. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Please be careful when entering your shipping information as Meraki Custom Bath & Body Creations is NOT responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address listed on your order. If the package is returned as undeliverable we will reach out to you. At that point you will have the option of having us resend the package; however you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs associated with resending the package to the correct address. If you choose not to have the package redelivered to the correct address, we will issue you a refund less the original shipping charges as well as a 15% stocking fee.
